I'm just rating University Village housing and not my experience at BYUI itself. Don't do it! It comes off great everyone says it's wonderful but it's not. Everyone is always in your business, if you miss a few Sunday's because of family your thought of as less active, and when you leave the housing totally screws you over. You will not get your deposit back, you think oh but I will clean better and keep it nice better than you did but they will find things wrong because they have to pay for the cleaners to come in and clean even if you left it spotless. $8.00 is what we got back and our place was left better than when we moved in. The new manager is a absolute idiot and jerk as well as who he chooses to hire and work there. They never! answer when you call the office. It's said because it's all campus housing and is supposed to represent the church but they screw your over and still find a way to sleep at night. Seriously wished we never lived there despite the great prices, no AC in the summer and they say you can install a window one but it has to be a certain way and makes it so it doesn't do anything in the end.
