We called to ask the price for an AC service. They wanted to charge an extra $150 (total $250) since our house is on the market due to liability . Not sure what increases liability the company has just because the house is on the market. I think that s a big money grab and pretty dishonest. We ended up calling a competitor (AC Repair Guys Lake Worth), they charged us their normal rate of $59. Glad I decided to call around instead of paying $250 for a $59 service.

EDIT: they commented on my review that someone from customer relations would get in touch with me but it has been a week and no attempt has been made.
