Extremely disappointed and my daughter didn't even get to visit this office! First off I called to make an appointment and had to wait for them to call me back. Then I made an appointment for my daughter which is having chronic migraines. Could be a serious condition. Unfortunately I have a busy schedule with work and her grandfather calls me on a Sunday night wants her Monday to spend time because he and she have off MLK day. I couldn't say no.. I'm obligated.. OK well I forgot call MLK day and reschedule for the following week.
So now they won see my daughter
This is the only facility that will accept Tri Care Prime Select in my area which should be an easy Buck for this facility due to 100% coverage. Not happy with your policy FYI! not only that they purposely didn't return my calls for 2 weeks to let me know their missed appt. policy. GOOD LUCK with your poor business practices and professionalism. Rediculous!
