December 28th was probably not the best time for a first visit. 1030AM arrival found the parking lot full. Inside it was chaotic (noisy & crowded). At first stop, the Hot Wheels exhibit, I noticed one of the hands on racing games was not ejecting all of the cars. There was no attendant in the room. Had to walk back to the entrance to ask for help. This is the first museum I've been to (including Europe) that didn't have attendants in the various areas. While in the gift shop I was asked for help to find the restaurant.
