For the high price they charge, the service you get is sub-standard. My consultant does not seem to be paying attention to my file. Does not respond to some queries and asks again for documents i've already submitted and she's acknowledged. All they really care about is your payment. By default they don't issue receipts which i think is sketchy, and the BIR should know about it.
