Got both of my dogs groomed here, they did great with my female, she is only 5 months so they've been working with her. I decided to also take my male in for grooming and he came back with a few sores/bumps. When I called to express my concern all we got was a sorry, and they will put a note on his profile? Didn't seem like it was a big deal or concern to them. They were both groomed by different people, not sure who did which dog. Great customer service prior to the phone call about my dogs bumps and sores, and they were great with the 5month old.
