Bruce and the Arrow Fabricare team were very responsive and pros in altering a Schott leather jacket, which turned out great! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

After submitting a request and sending in my garment, the process started out with Arrow calling me and advising how we could accomplish alterations that were requested. Arrow gave me the option to choose how to proceed and all I can say is they know what they're doing and I trust their expertise. Alterations turned out great, and I couldn't be happier.
