The "rescue room" doesn't answer the phone, nor do they check voicemails (10 hours and counting, multiple calls, with no response). And scheduling, for the center in general, is a joke. If it weren't for a few good doctors, I'd say this place reeks of incompetence. Any urgent care looks great in comparison.
