as i feel that supereme court is very expensive for litigents and the case are not on fast hearing basis. My experience in my case no 5904 -5905 in Up state vs laxmi chand & co civil appeal court some time not hear the land lord voice and favours up state govt . while since last 45 years no single paisa of rent is increased by up govt moreover house tax has increased several times and the campus repair is also costing several times.It is not covered under rent control act. its rent from very first day is Rs.3190/- . The state govt has admitted the fact the premises is not covered under rent control act. Hence My self has loose faith over the judiciaries in India, where delay in justice is denial of justice is applicable.
