It is absolutely not worth 5 stars, unfortunately.
Service tries hard, but can't manage the crowd. Room cleaning is great.
Reception ok too.
That's it for positive factors.
Pool loungers are reserved by all guests at 6:00 a.m. Restaurant completely overcrowded. No place at 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
Chefs and kitchen tried hard, but only 3-star hotel level.
Everything is way too crowded.
Really a shame, but unfortunately not to be recommended, everyone Mallorca, Cuba or ... more is recommended.
In short, I / we have never had such a bad and disappointing vacation!
