Insurance companies use this company to deceive people into believing the prices they wanted to payout for a claim was accurate. Buyer beware, they identified a laminate floor that could not be purchased at the price they claimed. They evaluated the thickness of the floor and failed to identify the unique handscraped designs which increased the cost of the product. One more thing....It is illegal for an insurance company to set pricing. They do it all the time and claim they are using guidelines. The true guideline is what the retailer says the cost is.
