When I called this morning, I spoke with a Lady from the personal sector, I had a very quick question to ask. On the other hand, she was very rude on the phone and very rude. Think about being nicer on the phone with customers, I assure you that it would be much better for us customers and for you as well, it would prevent you from having complaints.
