I had the opportunity to work with Wickman Machine Tools recently and I must say, the experience was average. The company was responsive and delivered the product on time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, Wickman Machine Tools is an okay company to work with.
