I don't write reviews, but due count on them for travel. After having stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and reading the poor reviews I thought it was time to add my two cents. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this hotel. The negative reviews here are way off base. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the rooms large and clean, a great gym, and for hotel dining quite a good restaurant. There is a charge for parking - just like every other hotel in the world I have stayed at. Some of these negative reviews can be attributed to tourists not familiar with the policies of most major hotel brands. If you are in Midtown this is a great hotel close to quite a few good restaurant choices.
