Some terminals might have been updated but the terminal that AA uses continues to be a very difficult terminal to use. The TSA area is so cramped and significantly restricts the passengers exiting the secure area; basically limiting it to a single person lane. The TSA screening seems to have been improved allowing for a pre-check lane that actually works. The terminal waiting areas are spacious and have a reasonable offering of amenities.
