The individual employees who work at Mammoth were very skilled at what they do, respectful, friendly, and addressed all of our questions and concerns to the finest detail. We loved having them in our home because they were always courteous and asked us for feedback the whole time. We appreciated the high quality of work they did, both in cleaning our basement after it flooded with sewage and in rebuilding it afterwards to look even better than before.

The reason why this reason isn t 5 out of 5 is because part of the work that was done was subcontracted to another group of people (they aren t a part of Mammoth) who smoked cigarettes in our house during my partner having chemotherapy. This group of guys left trash all around the inside and outside of our house, cursed and complained about having to do the work in front of us, didn t show up when they said they would, and would not change this behavior when we asked them to.

The subcontracted employees did not block the furnace system off or hang any tarps when they started the drywall work, so when we came home one Friday evening after they had been working the entire house (literally every surface) was covered in about an inch of thick white drywall dust. This included are food and our pets, who had breathed in a significant amount of it (one cat still coughs up white powder and has athsma like choking attacks) and had it in their fur. There was no previous mention that this was about to happen so we did not prepare for that. We tried to clean it up but the AC just kept spitting out more drywall dust on everything. They did send a cleaning crew out on Monday and they did a very thorough job in getting rid of this.

When working with Mammoth make sure you specify that you only want *Mammoth* employees doing the work and you will have a great experience. The Mammoth employees are worth it and go out of their way to be thorough and accurate in the work they do. We would definitely go with Mammoth employees again.
