I bought my trial shirt on line and it was close, but I scheduled a follow-up visit to there loft and we tweaked the sizing a little. I could have easily done that through the website, but since I go to NYC often it was easy to go to their loft. The result is fantastic. Great fabrics, great button detail, great style options, and most importantly great fit. I finally have a place to get great shirts that fit. It is all about the fit you know.
