I have contracted Sign Design to place a sign for ...

I have contracted Sign Design to place a sign for me. Initially, they were responsive and showed me digital images of the final result. After initial deposit was placed I - the associated that I worked with named Chris McManus - gave me a date that he would place the sign up. He no showed on the day and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After trying to contact him for 6 days straight, he finally got back to me and promised to put my sign up on another day the following week. Again, he no showed and I have been unable to find him for 2 weeks straight. Keep in mind they have my deposit - and I am left hanging. At this time I am left with few options.

Please do not work with Sign Design - and if you do, make sure you do not work with Chris McManus.
