The hotel is aesthetically pleasing but that's the extent of it, the manager of the hotel was rude and the female kitchen staff ran around rushing to make my order at the bar as if it was a problem for me to be in her presence, I will be calling the BB to complain and I will be letting the GM know as well, I do not usually take the time out to complain or write reviews like this but I just cannot stand for the service I had and how I was treated, for me to be kind and polite to end up with poor service is not right to me.
