Portea service is really good. They gave timely help by providing a caretaker, a good nurse and medical equipments to my father who underwent a surgery and later on developed lung infection. They also arranged for daily visit of a doctor. Portea also arranged refunds within a reasonable time. There are some communication gaps between the ops team and the helpline people and there is scope for improvement. Also, help line people can be more responsive to customer queries. Overall, I had a very good experience with Portea and I would recommend people to go for their services.
