Rating for the girl who cut my hair: 3

I don't remember her name, only what she looked like but she did a pretty bad job on my hair. I asked for face framing bangs and she didn't frame my face at all but gave me more bangs going across. Not only did she cut my bangs shorter unncessarily, she cut my bangs extremely crooked. My layers were choppy and blunt. I didn't expect her to take two hours doing something so simple, even if she is a student. She looked really lost while cutting my hair so the only thing I wish happened was if the teaching professional came over to see how she was doing and was more strict with her.
The salon, however, is great at being professional and will continue supporting the cause. Hopefully I don't get the same person again until she learns more haircutting techniques.
