Hello Everyone,
I am Ajit Kakade. I have completed my post-graduation in Thermal Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, Bangalore in 2015 with distinction. After post-graduation I was fortunate to get opportunity to work as an Assistant Professor in Engineering college. After few years I wanted to do something more interesting with my career but due to lack of software skills and domain knowledge it s been difficult for me to enter into industry. I visited many training institutes, however I haven t convinced with them as they are showing fake moons. Then I got to know about IKSC Knowledge Bridge through one of my friend, who was student at IKSC and currently working with MNC. Through psychometry test based on my strengths, weaknesses, behavioral style, Dr. Atul Patil has provided me career counselling. Hence, I choose CAE domain as my career.
Apart from Domain courses IKSC provides other courses such as personality development, professional courses, value Engineering, Project Management & advance tools like 6 Sigma, which is helping me to develop my management & leadership skills. Working on study projects, short term projects and long-term projects, helping me to apply and improve the learning.
The very well designed and organized course material with E-learning facility - the best way of learning at IKSC easing my efforts & also assists me to study with my pace & gives me flexibility of time. With more number of resources there is no time restriction for practice and study. Daily reviews and periodic meeting, builds my confidence, presentation skills and communication skills. Continuous interactions with industry personnel gives us idea about current trends in industry, skills required by industry etc.
With constant guidance and motivation of Atul Sir currently I am practicing on Creo 3.0, Hyper- Mesh and ABAQUS. After acquiring sufficient knowledge, I will work on my projects courses like LS- Dyna, 6 Sigma etc. My short-term goal is to complete my course within time & get placed in OEM company. In IKSC I feel very glad and privileged to be at right place with right coach to shape my long term career. So IKSC is good opportunity for new aspirants to bridge the career in right direction.
