When I relocated to Southern California, I was really anxious to find a job, but was struggling finding something on my own. Because of that, I decided to sign up with Mattson Resources and get some help. I found them doing a Google search, and their jobs fit what I was looking for so I signed up. Within the same day of applying, I received an email to come in for an interview to meet the recruiter (Kristin Anderson) for 2 days later! Kristin was extremely attentive and sweet. She had my passions and career path in mind. I was always hesitant to go through a recruiter because I have been told in the past that you are just treated like a number and you would be lucky to hear back from some people. Boy was I WRONG! Kristin found me exactly what I was looking for in just a couple of months. She stayed in contact and reached out after she helped me land the job I wanted just to see how it was going. She is great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
