Dirty place vents above the soup station are caked with dust that are at the point of falling into the soup. No panini bread and they didn t double check my order because if they had they would have noticed my dessert was missing. The walls behind the counter are smeared with greasy residue. It was the worst Panera bread I ve ever been in.
