This company deserves 0 stars. Very poor customer service. No one understands or can help you with your account. My account has been placed in Litigation status twice and no one there can tell me why. I have been trying to get an answer since Fri, May 31st. Now today day June 3rd I m back on hold and still no answer. I ve been on hold for over 2 hours. I ve spoken with over 8 different people. I cannot make a payment because of the type of hold they have one my account.

I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Yash Amarnan and she wasn t listening to anything I had to say. I will be call corporate on her.

After being on the phone for more than three hours I was only one person listened to what I had to say and attempted to help me. Her name is Tamiko; ID number DTM. The call was disconnected and she took the time to call me back.
