I've had Pep Boys fix my A/C 4 times - once last year and 3 times in one month (May-June 2017). The first time it was repaired, it lasted one year. The second time I got stranded in another state and come to find out that the belts were never changed out and I could have gotten stranded on the highway. The 3rd time was exactly one week after the 2nd repair took place. Now my car is currently at the Pep Boys located in Tucson, AZ and I have yet to get a call with an update - dropped it off on Sunday 6/25 and it is now Thursday 6/29.... No courtesy calls and when I call I get the run around. I paid for labor warranty and the part has a warranty, where is the customer service. They better not try to charge me for the $94 recovery/recharge.... In addition to this, we've left 3 messages with the corporate office because the 2nd repair costed us $624 and it should have been taken care of because of their mess up with the belts. Have we gotten called yet? NOPE!! Such bad customer service - their customers don't seem to be priority. I wish I could take my car somewhere else but the part warranty and labor warranty fees should leave me paying $0 for repairs. I hope someone monitors these reviews so we can get some answers. PS - I've had no transportation to work for a WHOLE WEEK!!!!!
