Sent my vehicle because of service engine soon lig...

Sent my vehicle because of service engine soon light in orange.
This guys performed diagnostics and came up an estimate of $1850.00 to change alternator. I was billed $186.37 for the diagnostics.
I sent my vehicle to another repair shop and they only had to replace my battery and that's all. The service engine soon light gone and that's all it took.
The vehicle is in mint condition now.
Always seek a second opinion before letting them carry out repairs. I saved over $1850.00.
