Technicians were great; however, it has been my experience that when a home service comes to my house, the service charged is waived if I am charged for work completed. I was charged about $1,000.00 for repairs, but the service charge was not waived. And to add insult to injury, this was the 3rd time I had Aielio out to my house for the same issue. Therefore, I paid $300.00 in service charges. That seems a little greedy.
Because of this issue, I cannot recommend Aiello
