Despite having proof of transferring services into my name 2 months ago, they shut my water off and blamed it on my landlords. I never received a bill as they were all addressed to the previous tenant. They stated there was a record of the attempted transfer and shut my water off without contacting myself or my landlord. I m stuck without water until they have time to come out. Unbelievable.
Update 9/15/20: They somehow didn t have my SSN entered correctly when services were already setup. I ve had to call 4 times now and they are asking for a W2 or social security card to verify my SSN. For utilities....I m in disbelief that a company like this could be so horrendously organized and have no apparent desire to get simple details correct.
