Called 2 weeks ago for information for someone to schedule an appointment and was told the Dr was seeing new patients being booked mid-late November. The friend I was helping called right back to make an appointment and was put to voicemail. We have called more than 10 times in the past 2 weeks, only to finally get through to speak to a person, to find out NOW the Dr is not seeing new patients!! SO MUCH for help!!!! Terrible way to run a practice which is supposed to help people!!
