Terrible. Internet never works and terrible customer service. My poor mother has been having issues with this place for years and even pays an additional $5 a month for their extra customer service, yet they never can be bothered to come over and help her. They make you jump through hoops to get anyone out to help, and the workers are incompetent. Any good reviews here are most likely fake.
