Absolutely useless car service. Chose Carmel this time around as they are a bit cheaper than the service I usually use. We had ordered a van as we had a lot of luggage. Upon arriving to JFK we called and were told car would be there in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later the car was still not there so I called Carmel again and was told it could be an hour. I obviously cancelled and got a taxi instead. Totally unreliable.
