I have a couple of recent experiences - I heard a dripping noise that I believed was coming from my roof, the next day Associa Mid-Atlantic had someone out working on the leaks. Last year, with everything related to COVID going on, I didn't provide docuementation of my dryer vent cleaning, and although I had it done, I could not remember the details. The staff worked with me so that I could have the official documentation of this required work - most others would have pushed it off on me, but Jill helped me piece it all togehter.
