tried to pay balance and was told they wont provide receipt.
they expected me to give someone over the phone my card information with no proof that I paid it off. They harassed me with calls to pay 36$ but they wouldn't give me a receipt that shows the balance was paid off in full so they can stop harassing me. I don't know what other people think, but everything sounds very strange and suspicious to me.
