Had a very poor experience as I contemplated using DI's LocalMed service. I initially felt like I just got passed around, but eventually was put in contact with the account manager and VP of accounts. A brief conference with the leads me to believe that my initial impression was an anomaly and that they do have a culture of customer service. When timing is right for me an my business I will reach out again.
