Fast, professional service and the estimate was fair. Did a walkthrough of the house via whatsapp video call, then emailed photos to the appraiser. Appraiser came to the house to take measurements and evaluate the land. The whole process took half an hour and the appraisal was submitted within 24h.

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews, I guess not everyone has the same experience.
