Not one to be negative, however, for $400 a night I would have expected housekeeping to actually show up, the furniture and walls are shoddy and worn. The handle on the bathroom door was placed on and fell off as soon as it was touched, the facecloths smelled liked solvent. The decor was lacking totally, no coffee table, no deck furniture, except for one beaten up chair. Also, I did make mention of this when checking out (notably no housekeeping), I was promised a call from the manager, of course, that did come to pass either. Very disappointing and I will surely never stay with you folks again. On a more positive note, the staff were friendly.
