Do NOT go to this hotel- It was an awful experience. The rooms are tired and need renovations, but that, I can deal with. The customer service was HORRIBLE. We needed 2 beds as we booked for 2 adults and 1 child (9 yo) and when we checked in, the agent confirmed it was a 2 bedded rooms, but when we got to the room, it only had 1. I went to the front desk and was told (by Kacey the manager on duty, I guess.....) that in order to move rooms it would be $30 or a cot would be $30- INSANE- We were there to help Vegas out over Covid and they did nothing to help. The pool was a joke, nothing is open, and they had very little staff members - the hotel should NOT be open!
