do not make ever trust this software as it a waste .keeps getting hanged and worst person to speak about this error is ketan(dytel represntative) with bad attitude and abusive behaviour .Once i called him up asked him about this issue. MR.KETAN with abusive words said first learn to use computer than later talk to me .this is how they solve problems . hope so this advice will help you
