Excellent service by all who attended to me. I was offered better price for my 2009 CRV and I left with a good deal buying a 2016 CRV. I would have given 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed with 2 things - first the extended warranty did not cover any repairs from accidents. I think that would have been a plus even if it costed me a bit more. Its all about peace of mind. Secondly the CRV does not have the right side blind spot monitoring and keyless trunk release. I was really looking forward to these features. It just feels incomplete that you can only monitor on the right side but not on the left. Anyways I am otherwise happy with the product and service.
