Dr. Horn is the best surgeon in the Chicago area. My whole family has gone to him and I did not hesistate to go to him as well. I am loving my results and the whole staff has been great. Samantha has been awesome in helping with my recovery. The surgery staff was amazing as well. Has been such a great experience.
