I purchased a part and it did not fit so I followed directions in the return policy and I purchased another to replace the defective part. the new part went on correctly. when I tried to return the defective on it would not allow me to. Then I spoke to a rep and he said I have to take a picture of the defective part and send it to them. At this point I already purchased another so what does it matter. they agreed to take the return and pay for it.
