Our luggage was stolen from their store room. Happened in December 2018. Checked out of the hotel in the morning and asked them to hold on to our luggage since the flight was in the evening. They gave us a token and placed the luggage in the store room. When we got back in the afternoon, the luggage was gone and they had no clue where it went. The staff was very rude and were unwilling to help us out in any way. They didn't allow us to view the cctv footage. It has been 3 months and we still have not received any refund or the luggage back. They shirked responsibility by saying that the insurance company would get back to us and that hasn't been the case. Everytime we called them up, they used to answer rudely and mention that they would call us and asked us not to call them. I would never recommend anybody to stay in this hotel run by thieves.
