Stayed here for a weekend with my mother. Check in was fairly easy, but what they failed to mention on the phone was that their steam room and jacuzzi were not available. We stated on the phone that what was we were looking forward to, we didn't expect for it to be closed. The manager was extremely kind and offered to update us a suite or give us a $75 gift card to dinner. He was going to switch us to a room with a jacuzzi, but none were available. We decided on the suite, but in the end it really didn't make a difference at all that we switched rooms. Here are some other things that went wrong:
-our meal arrived without drinks and the room service failed to even take the signed receipt back
-the public wifi did not work, and when we called and asked if there was a password for private they said they didn't have the password and that they were sorry and it was "too bad"
-much of the furniture in the suite was broken and we would have fallen if we hadn't noticed
Spa was amazing, room service food was okay, much of the customer service was good as well. Would we return? Most likely no.
