WOW An HEE A hurtful, expensive experience. I take care of my hair and I'm very selective as to where I entrust my locks but sometimes it turns out sour. Joy may be a nice person but to be a conscientious and responsible professional hairstylist takes a bit of an investment and caring. Her cheap blowdryer and hair pulls with ocasional scalp burns left me wishing her all the best. I'm not coming back and suggest caution for those who are used to competitive coiffeurs.
