Vickie, my comfort advisor, was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly as well. She took the time to ask me questions about how we use our A/C and furnaces, checked out the furnaces and A/C units to determine what the proper replacement should be, checked the electrical panel. She explained what she could do for me price -wise and asked me if I had any questions. Very accommodating in getting the job scheduled. The day of install, the crews arrived on time, professional, courteous. I communicated with Omar. He explained what would happen and the time frame involved. The job was completed
on time, he explained how to program the new thermostats. They cleaned up all the debris and my attic and back yard were clean. I would highly recommend them.
