Very disappointed!!!!

Very disappointed!!!!

After booking my appointment one week ahead for 11:30am the clinic contacted me one day before and asked can they reschedule it for 12:00 and of course I agreed. It is not my first time being at the Omnicare clinic. I booked the same treatment (Fraxel laser for upper lip that takes no more than 5minutes). I arrived 5 minutes before 12:00 and I was told to wait for the doctor. I literally waited more than 50 minutes (with numbing cream on my face) for the doctor to come, but he never did. I was told he's late because he had an emergency and after that 3 different personnel told me he's coming in 5 minutes during 30minutes of time (I was obviously lied to). This was the issue they new beforehand and I wasn't informed. In all honesty, they wasted 2 hours of my life and my job because I had to reschedule all my meetings to be there. (2h - driving there and waiting) I couldn't wait any longer because I had to show up on my meeting. No one contacted me after I had to leave the clinic, and I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful!!
I was willing to give them one more chance after my last treatment didn't go well, and I had allergic reaction from their cream, but this today really disappointed me and I'm sure I won't be coming back.
