Never again. Service completely uninterested in the customer, looking hard at computers. Some 5-6 people from the service were sucked completely to their screens during my stay, not interested in the outside world.
A large number of tiles exposed in a non-friendly way - single pieces hanging by the wall without prices or dimensions. I started taking pictures of those that had at least names stuck to catch someone who would give me prices and lead times.
I approached the "customer service", one of the people decided to look up from behind the computer. Not very satisfied with the service, he asked how he could help. I asked about the price of one of the tiles and the opportunity to see a few side by side, because the color is quite unusual and it would be nice to see more than one. It turns out that you can't, because only one in stock and the rest on order.
I try from a different angle, give the code of another tile asking if I can see it on the floor, because it's difficult to hang it on the wall as to how it will look lying - you answer clearly disgusted by my lack of knowledge that this is the X collection and this collection is only for order, so I can't see this tile lying down.
I felt like it. Unpleasant service, no prices on products, it is not possible to see the tiles horizontally or at least 2 or 4 next to each other.
I saw people more motivated to buy in this showroom than me, who somehow detached the tile from the template and carried it to the exit door to see in a different light though. Of course, none of the staff offered any assistance or reacted at all.
I didn't have that much self-denial. I do not intend to buy anything there or ever go back there. Because I see no sense.
