I respected the BBB until I found that they gave their accreditation to a Puppy Miller out of Miller, Mo. When I called them they said that pretty much if someone pays for their accreditation....they give it. I asked if they had gone out to see the facility....and they said NO.
What good is that. They are just getting money....for a standard they dont check.
