The support staff ESPECIALLY JADA! SHE IS AMAZING and the only tech that went above and beyond to my fur baby . I do find that drs and management are very much about the $$$ and not what is best for the animal. We were not prepared to spend 3k on our pup. We asked for a payment plan none was offered thank goodness for care credit. Its definitely all about the money. I understand this is their livelihood but a bit of consideration would be nice.
